Two world leaders pass a burning world between the two of them as if it were a game of hot potato; neither wanting to hold onto the world for too long due to intense heat of it, and out of fear of being given the sole responsibility of caring for the damaged object. Neither realize that by equally carrying the world (and thus, the 'blame') together, they will be lessening the problem at hand while allowing it to be less painful for either.
