All hate groups -whether we are talking about Boko Haram, Daesh or the Westboro Baptist Church- justify their actions through a twisted sense of morality: "What we do is morally right because what the other people do will always be wrong". This false sense of righteousness prevents them to see that their actions are based on hate rather than virtue. Even more so, they take pride on their ethical pettiness. They, unknowingly, allowed hate to take over and turn them into something that anyone can't take pride to be. Hate is shameful and nobody should take pride because of it.
