Women worldwide are underrepresented in high position jobs, mostly in politics and in the business sector. In addition, the disparate payment for the same job as well as the lack of professional opportunities constitute serious obstacles to finally achieve gender equality. I promote this problem metaphorically by comparing the salary to the score of an arcade styled game, in which both players face the same challenge, although with disparate rewards.
