About me
Stefan Serezliev is working professionally in the Visual Communication, Communication Design, Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC), Advertising, and Branding. Born in Sofia, Bulgaria.
He graduated in Graphic Design and Poster (National Academy of Art, Sofia); hold a Ph.D. in creative process in branding, advertising and integrated marketing communications from the UNESCO Chair “Communication and Public Relations” of the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication of the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
Over the years, he led creative departments in Bulgarian and international agencies for integrated communications and advertising; he is also a co-founder of local Bulgarian offices of international communication agencies i.e. McCann Erickson Sofia and Euro RSCG Sofia.
Lecturer in Graphic Design and Advertising at Higher Institute of Fine Arts of Sousse, Tunisia (2002-2006).
He is currently a lecturer in Branding, Advertising, and Communication Design in several universities, incl. the courses:
‘Branding of educational and cultural institutions in Integrated Marketing Communications’
‘Communication Design: Between Business and Art’
‘Advertising: Between Art and Marketing’
‘Perspectives of creative process in advertising’
‘Management of Design in Advertising’

He is also co-founder, former chairman (2011-2013) and vice chairman (2013-) of Bulgarian Academic Association of Communications (BAAC).
Member of the Union of Bulgarian Journalists.
Winner of Special Prize for the development of branding in Bulgaria (PR Priz, 2010).
Member of International Editorial Board of Newmedia21.eu. The media of the 21 century - an online magazine for analysis, research and critique on the media, public relations and advertising.
Member of Board of Superbrands Bulgaria 2012-2013.
Member of Icograda.
