About me
Bolivian designer and photographer, born in a small town called tarata, Department of Cochabamba. Study on the Don Bosco school, graduated from high school in 2005. Later he studied graphic design degree in the UPB, private university in Bolivia. In parallel, he studied photography at the school of science and art ESCA. He is currently part of the collective photographic CLAROSCURO, which is one of the most important in his city.
He has worked in many areas, from print to web and application development for mobile devices.
Now working in the area of advertising, education, art photography and graphic design applied.
During the summers he teaches photography workshops in New York City at an organization called Fresh Air Fund.
He is also involved in many cultural projects, like mARTadero, a space for the preservation and dissemination of art. Kanchaywasi, which is a project in his hometown, where children learn through play, is a result of their participation in COMPA (community of artistic producers).
This year, he aims to establish a solid foundation to realize the Photography Biennial, an event that will achieve a positive impact in our society.
