Donald Trump's unexpected rise in American politics has been built upon a xenophobic, racist platform that is not unlike the one from another contemptible, infamous figure from the past. Trump's campaign slogan, "Make America Great Again" is a shallow promise when you realize he is suggesting that the US should close its borders to immigrants.
